RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Shanti Sarup, in case FIR No. 09 dated 15.01.2019 registered under Section 379 IPC at Police Station Julkan, District Patiala.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. She further submits that pursuant to the order dated 27.02.2019, the petitioner has deposited `40,000/- by way of demand draft before the Arresting/Investigating Officer.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 27.02.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
