**** SATISH KUMAR MITTAL, J.(Oral) In the short reply, which has been filed by Sh. Joginder Singh, General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Panipat-respondent No.3 today in court, it has been stated that the petitioner has been treated regular w.e.f 18.8.1988 on the post of Conductor and granted Ist ACP w.e.f 01.10.1998 in pay scale of Rs.4000-6000/- and 2nd ACP as per rule and the letter communicated in this regard after fixing the pay has been annexed as Annexures R.1 and R.2 respectively.

In view of the said reply, present petition has become infructuous.

Dismissed as infructuous.

However, after passing of the order, if the petitioner is entitled for some arrears as per law, the same be released to him expeditiously.
