SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal for quashing of FIR No.0053 dated 16.04.2020 registered under Sections 323, 452, 506, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Amloh, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition, at this stage with liberty to take all the pleas before the competent Court of law. Permitted to do so.
