(ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing impugned result dated 18.02.2022 (Annexure P-12) vide which 02 marks for experience were not given to her for the post of MPHW (F). Further prayer has been made that one post in the category petitioner had applied may be kept vacant. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, seeks withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to approach the competent authority by way of filing representation.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. However, given the urgency involved herein, the petitioner shall file representation within a period of 07 days and upon her doing so, the competent authority shall decide the same within 30 days thereafter.
