(ORAL) The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.10 dated 14.01.2017, under Sections 498-A, 406, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Nihal Singh Wala. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that during the pendency of the petition, the matter stands resolved between the parties amicably and in terms of the compromise arrived at an amount of ` 4,50,000/- has been settled as permanent alimony and maintenance and a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act has already been filed.

In view of the fact that the dispute has been resolved amicably, this Court is inclined to allow the petition and order dated 19.04.2017 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
