Memo No.659 dated 28.01.2022 and Memo No. 661 dated 28.01.2022 are taken on record.

Office is directed to attach the aforesaid documents at appropriate place.

On the strength of memo no.659 dated 28.01.2022, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has received all the dues under different heads including interest on delayed payment as well as on date nothing is due towards the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to verify the subject matter of letter dated 28.01.2022.

  Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the factum of receiving all the dues under different heads including interest on the delayed payment could not be verified from his client.

This writ petition is disposed of as such by giving liberty to learned counsel for the petitioner that in case the statement of fact made by learned counsel for the respondents on the strength of Memos No.659 and 661 dated 28.01.2022 is ultimately found to be untrue, then the petitioner would be at liberty to file an application for revival of the instant petition. Disposed of.
