A perusal of the petition reveals that the petitioner was seeking consideration for appointment on basis of having attained 89 marks and similarly situated candidates with same marks, was shown as qualified, while she was not. 3.

Learned State counsel refers to paras 2 and 3 of the written statement dated 22.06.2021 filed by way of Assistant Director, Education Recruitment Directorate, Department of School Education, wherein it has been stated that the petitioner as required, has not studied English as an elective subject, during her graduation and thus, ineligible to which there was no rebuttal by filing any replication.
