"the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.73 dated 24.10.2011 registered at Police Station Badhni Kalan, District Moga under Sections 4989A, 406, 420 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
