In the present writ petition, the grievance being raised by the petitioner is that order dated 27.12.2022 (Annexure P-8) by which, the claim of the petitioner for the grant of higher salary has been rejected, is totally cryptic and non-speaking and does not give any reason for arriving at the conclusion that the petitioner is not entitled for the benefit claimed. 2.

Mr. Harish Nain, learned Assistant Advocate General, Haryana., who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Learned State counsel, on the instructions from Sh. Nar Singh, Deputy Superintendent, Women and Child Development Department, Haryana, submits that order dated 27.12.2022 (Annexure P-8) be treated as HARSHA RANI 2024.03.05 22:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
