(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance a direction to respondents No. 1 and 2 to protect the life, liberty and property of petitioner at the hands of respondent No. 3 as he is harassing and blackmailing the petitioner and his family members by giving threats to implicate the petitioner in a false case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that father of the petitioner, namely; Mohan Singh holds a valid licence for selling 'Bhaang' in milk since 01.10.1944 but the local police is giving threats to the petitioner to implicate him in a false case. Notice of motion.

On the asking of Court, Mr. Gazi Mohd., DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents.
