Learned State counsel has informed that as on date 17 out of the cited 21 PWs have already been examined by the Trial Court. In view of the aforestated position, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with liberty aforesaid. The Trial Court is, however, directed to take necessary steps as may be possible under the present circumstances of spread of pandemic COVID-19 for expeditious conclusion of trial.
