(ORAL) On 28.09.2022 the appearance of the counsel for the respondent was wrongly marked as for the appellants. However, notice was issued to the appellants for today. As per the office report, the appellants are stated to have died.

Mr. Saurabh Jain, Advocate appearing for the appellants states that he has no instructions in the matter as the present appeal was filed by Mr. Ravinder Chopra and Mr. Arun Chandra, Advocates. Mr. Ravinder Chopra, Advocate is no more and Mr. Arun Chandra, Advocate has since left the office. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives.
