Mr. Gurdeep Singh, Advocate for respondent No.2. * * * * Counsel for respondent No.2 submits that he wrote letters to the respondent-workman, but got no reply and the same have also not been received back undelivered. Counsel further states that even otherwise Annexure P-1 is not an award but an interim order. The said contention is also clear from the order passed by the High Court on May 30, 1995.

Mr. MS Bedi, Advocate for the petitioner, in view of what has been stated by the learned counsel for the respondent, submits that this writ petition be disposed of. Liberty may, however, be granted to the petitioner to get it revived, if need be.

Ordered accordingly.
