Petitioner has prayed for a direction for appropriate investigation of the FIR which was registered on 14.03.2015 under section 376(D) IPC at police station Punhana District Mewat. Learned State counsel at the outset submits that FIR has been duly registered and the matter is being investigated. Statement of the prosecutrix has also been recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. Besides, departmental action has been initiated against the ASI who earlier had delayed the matter.

In view of above, grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. No further direction from this court is necessary. Disposed of.
