(ORAL) Through this second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitionerSukhwinder Singh, in case FIR No. 44 dated 12.06.2018 registered under Section 302 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Nurmahal, District Jalandhar (Rural).

Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 27.02.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
