Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to pay the petitioners the balance of arrears after revision of pay scale w.e.f. 01.01.1996.

Learned counsel for the respondents has produced the copy of the letter dated 29.03.2025 addressed to him regarding to the present case saying that the payments have already been made including the arrears on account of revision of pay as well as gratuity and leave encashment. In view of which, he states that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such. 3.
