Ms. Singhal states that earlier the appellants were being represented by their office. However, they have no instructions in the matter. Vide order dated 17.03.2020 fresh notices were ordered to be issued to the appellants. As per the service report, appellant No.1 remains unserved as the house was found locked and tenant informed that the owner rarely visits this place while appellant No.2 could not be served due to incomplete address.
