**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 144 dated 12.9.2017, registered under Sections 306 IPC, Police Station Sector-19, Chandigarh. Copy of the order has been placed on record to show that the petitioners had appeared before the Court below and were admitted to interim bail.

Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 4.4.2018 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
