RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this court by way of instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the genuine grievance of the petitioner was not being redressed, he approached the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala-respondent no.3 by way of his complaint dated 26.3.2015 (Annexure P-1), but the same is also pending decision. He further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, in case respondent no.3 is directed to consider and decide the complaint of the petitioner, within a reasonable time. No.M-12788 of 2015 rights of either of the parties, Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala-respondent no.3 is directed to look into the matter, consider and grievance of the petitioner and the threat perception raised by him in his complaint Anexure P-1 dated 26.3.2015 and decide the same at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. With the above said observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
