The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 19.11.1997 (Annexure P-9) whereby he was dismissed from service and order Annexure P-13 whereby his appeal was dismissed.

From the perusal of reply, it is evident that petitioner was dismissed from service on 02.12.1997 and the Haryana State Minor Irrigation Tubewell Corporation-respondent came to be closed in 2002. 3.

In the backdrop, this Court does not find it appropriate to interfere with the impugned orders.
