Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter-alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization w.e.f. 06.04.2014 in terms of condition No.3 of advertisement dated 23.09.2009 (P-3) read with condition No.8 of the appointment letter dated 09.06.2011 (P-5) as well as policy decision dated 18.07.2012 (P-6).

At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner submitted that instead of pressing the present petition on merits, he would be satisfied in case the legal notice dated 15.01.2022 (P-16) is decided expeditiously.
