IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH CRM-M No.12798-2015 Date of decision : 20.10.2015 Dharam Pal ....... Petitioner versus State of Punjab and others ....... Respondents CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY TEWARI ***
Present:
Mr. Jai Bhagwan, Advocate and Mr. Aseem Kataria , Advocate for the petitioner. Mr.APS Gill, AAG, Punjab.

1. Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2. To be referred to the Reporters or not?
3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? AJAY TEWARI, J. (Oral) By this petition the petitioner had sought action against respondents No. 6 and 8 for not maintaining the record of the Panchayat during the tenure of respondent No.7 as Sarpanch. As per the reply an FIR has been lodged against respondent No.7. Learned counsel for the petitioner vehemently argues that respondents No. 6 and 8 are also involved. Learned AAG has very fairly stated that now that FIR has been lodged, if any material surfaces against respondent No. 6 and 8 , the prosecution will take necessary action.
In this view of the matter the petition stands disposed of.
