Challenge in the present petition is to order dated 17.01.2020 passed by learned Family Court, Gurdaspur vide which interim maintenance of Rs.7,000/- per month under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has been awarded to respondent/wife from the date of application. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent informs that present petition has been rendered infructuous as the main petition filed by the respondent/wife under Section 125 Cr.P.C., has been decided by the learned Family Court, Gurdaspur vide order dated 30.08.2022. 3.

Perusal of order sheets shows that on the last date of hearing i.e. 29.08.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. 4.

In view of the above submissions made by learned counsel for the respondent, present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the SUNENA 2024.03.04 10:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
