(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.199 dated 06.09.2022 registered under Sections 379, 411 of IPC and Section 21(3) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur.

Status report by way of affidavit of Sh. Sandeep Singh, PPS, DSP (Rural), Ferozepur has been filed in Court. The same is taken on recorde.
