The present regular second appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 28.04.1990 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Sangrur whereby the appeal filed against the judgment and decree dated 15.10.1986 is dismissed. 2.

As per the office report, notice issued to appellant Nos.1 and 2 remain unserved with the report that they are living abroad for a long time. 3.

Ms. Deepali Jindal, Advocate, has apprised that since Mr. Amarjit Marken, counsel for respondents is no more, she has no instructions in the matter. 4.

It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
