(Oral) It is contended that petitioner No.1 - Sehdeep, aged about 20 years has got married with petitioner No.2- Rajni, aged about 22 years, against the wishes of family members of petitioner No.2, arrayed as private respondents No. 5 and 6, who are threatening to interfere in their marital life, as such to seek protection in that regard, the petitioners have approached this Court by way of filing the present petition.

Obviously this marriage is not in accordance with requirement of Section 5 of the Hindu Marriage Act. However, no physical harm to the petitioners can be allowed to be caused. The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Banita Chugh 2018.04.03 16:44 I am the author of this document
