(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing/setting-aside the speaking order dated 10.09.2013 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No.3. Further a writ of mandamus has been sought, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's case for regular pay scale as Safai Sewak in Mohalla Sanitation Committee of Municipal Corporation, Bathinda, as per the Government policy.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the alternative appropriate remedy on the same cause of action in accordance with law.
