**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) This is a petition seeking regular bail to the petitioner in a case registered against him vide FIR No.13, dated 16.2.2015 under Section 394, 396, 397, 302, 120-B IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, at Police Station City Fazilka, District Fazilka.

Learned State counsel has filed Status report by way of affidavit of Narinder Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police Sub Division, Fazilka and custody certificate by way of affidavit of Ajmer Singh, Superintendent, Central Jail, Ferozepur in court today. Same are taken on record. He submits that the petitioner is involved in 10 other cases. Besides, trial before the court below is proceeding at normal pace. Out of 30 witnesses cited by the prosecution, 11 have been examined.

Under these circumstances, no case for enlarging the petitioner on bail is made out at this stage. Dismissed.
