On 17.3.2021, the case was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. The case was again adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner on 8.4.201. Thereafter, on 8.9.2021, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to go through judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in M/s Magma Fincorp Limited vs. Rajesh Kumar Tiwari 2020 (4) RCR (Civil) 595 and also to place on record agreement between the original and respondent finance PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2022.01.17 19:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In the interest of justice, the case was adjourned to 30.11.2021. On 30.11.2021 also, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The order dated 8.9.2021 was also not complied with. Last opportunity was granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to comply with order dated 8.9.2021. Today also, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Order dated 8.9.2021 has also not been complied with so far. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this case any more.
Faced with this situation, this Court has no alternative but to dismiss this petition for non-prosecution. Ordered accordingly.
