(Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that the instant revision-petition has become infructuous as the Rent Appeal, out of which it had arisen, has already been decided by learned Appellate Authority vide the judgment dated 30.04.2024 and he requests that the present revision-petition may be disposed of accordingly. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection in disposing of this revision-petition in view of the above-discussed submission as made by learned counsel for the petitioner. Resultantly, the revision-petition in hand is, hereby, disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
