Learned State counsel submits that out of twenty nine witnesses cited by the prosecution, fourteen have been examined and six have been given up. Remaining nine have been summoned for 01.05.2018. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh in case trial does not conclude within a period of four months.
