Present revision petition has been filed for setting aside order dated 07.10.2022 (Annexure P-1) vide which the objections filed by the petitioners herein have been dismissed.

As per e-Court website of District Courts Kaithal, the execution has been withdrawn and the following order has been passed by the Executing Court :

" Today the case was fixed for awaiting further order from Hon'ble High Court. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant/DH has made a statement that he seeks to withdraw the present execution petition by reserving his right to file fresh one till the decision of Hon'ble High Court and Hon'ble Superme Court. Heard.
