       The petitioners have filed this petition in respect of certain complaints against the contractor who is organizing Apni Mandi, Ludhiana. From a perusal of the petition, it is apparent that the petitioners have already filed a representation Annexure P>2 before the Market Committee, Ludhiana, which is pending before them.

In the circumstances, we do not find any reason to entertain this petition at this stage, which is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to pursue the aforesaid representation before the Mandi concerned. It goes without saying that the concerned Mandi shall look into the complaints of the petitioners and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
