**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of direction to the respondents to reinstate him as Sweeper (Class IV post), as his services had been orally terminated on 14.01.2020.

Petitioner was appointed as Sweeper on 01.02.2019 through outsourcing policy. The petitioner was given joining at PHC, Dubheta on 01.03.2019.

A bare perusal of letter dated 01.02.2019 shows that the petitioner was appointed through Premier Security and ManPower Services. The present petition is liable to be dismissed as it is not the case of the petitioner that he has been replaced by another set of contractual employee. The petitioner has been hired through the above agency and it is up to the agency that he want to retain the petitioner or not. Dismissed.
