       Through this petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.30 dated 12.02.2022, registered at Police Station Gharinda, Amritsar, under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914. Vide order dated 16.03.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioners had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Harpal Singh, submits that the petitioners have joined investigation and are now not required for any further investigation.
