The present regular second appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 16.05.1990 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Hoshiarpur whereby the appeal filed against the judgment and decree dated 27.01.1988 is dismissed.

Learned counsel for the appellant pleads no instructions. However, he submits that appellant No.1 has passed away and the letter that had been sent to appellant No.2 has been received back with remarks 'the address was incomplete'. There is no other address available with him or contact details of appellants. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.

Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the appellant at the last known address, as also to the concerned SHO of the area to intimate the same. 5.

A period of three months is granted for seeking recalling of this order.
