Present petition has been fled under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to promote the petitioner as Hindi Master from the date his junior i.e. respondent No.4 was promoted. Learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that in compliance of the order dated 26.02.2020, grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, therefore, the present writ petition is rendered infructuous.
