Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he wants to withdraw the present petition for quashing of FIR No. 143 dated 13.10.2021 in view of the status report, according to which he has been declared Proclaimed Offender by the trial Court vide order dated 10.03.2023. It is prayed that he will seek appropriate remedy and withdraws the present petition. In view of the statement, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
