Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Petitioner-Amrik Singh having been summoned as additional accused on an application under Section 319 Cr.PC to face trial in case FIR No.65 dated 12.6.2012 under Sections 308, 323, 325, 324, 326, 427,34 IPC, PS Kartarpur,Distt.Jalandhar, prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

It was submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated and he is ready and willing to face trial.

Vide order dated 26.4.2016 while issuing notice of motion it was directed that in the event of surrendering before the trial court within 10 days, petitioner be released on interim bail. At the time of hearing today,learned counsel states that in compliance of the said order, petitioner surrendered before the trial court and was released on interim bail.
