RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.175 dated 30.03.2016 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC at Police Station Nuh, District Mewat.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Amar Singh, submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of preparation of cancellation report in this case, so to be submitted in Court within a week.

Dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
