(ORAL) Learned counsel for CBI submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, as in terms of the order dated 04.09.2017 passed by this Court, FIR No. 0001 dated 20.04.2018 (Mark 'X') under Section 302 read with Section 34 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, has been registered at Police Station CBI, SCB , Chandigarh. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
