**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today. Same was the situation on the last date of hearing also. Through this petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 4 to take action against respondents No.5 to 8 in FIR No.134 dated 11.11.2015 under Section 320, 34 IPC, at Police Station City, Jalalabad, District Fazilka. Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Mahinder Singh, submits that a cancellation report has been prepared in the present case and the same will be presented before the Court concerned, in due course of time.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

Dismissed.
