Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C seeking pre-arrest bail in a case FIR No. 72 dated 25.3.2015 registered against the petitioner under Sections 324, 452, 34 IPC at Police Station, Nakodar, District Jalandhar.
Learned State counsel submits that pursuant to order dated 24.4.2015, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim order dated 24.4.2015 is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. Petition stands allowed in aforesaid terms.
