R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 04 dated 09.01.2015 for offences under Sections 406 and 420 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 24 of the Immigration Act, registered at Police Station Balongi, District SAS Nagar, Mohalli. The challan has since been presented and the case is fixed for framing of the charge. The petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2015 and it will take long time in conclusion of the trial. In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant petition is allowed and the petitioner be admitted to bail on furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
