Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the fact that 180 days has already expired from the date of suspension and no disciplinary proceedings have been initiated hence, the respondents are under an obligation to withdraw the said suspension order dated 27.12.2022 (Annexure P-4).

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that keeping the petitioner under the suspension is contrary to the Haryana Civil Service (Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the grievance raised in the present writ petition has already been raised by the petitioner in the legal notice dated 12.12.2023 (Annexure P-7) which is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied at this stage in case a time bound direction is issued to the HARSHA RANI 2024.03.06 17:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case the legal notice of the petitioner dated 12.12.2023 (Annexure P-7) has been received in the office and the same is still pending consideration with the authorities concerned, the same will be decided by the authorities concerned within a period of eight weeks from the receipt of copy of this order. 7.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for the respondents, the present writ petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 8.
