**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Pursuant to advertisement dated 26.08.2018 (P-1), the petitioner participated for Group D post under SC category. The final result has been declared on 19.01.2019 (P-5) wherein the last candidate has shown to secure 60 marks and 59 in the waiting list. However, as per revised answer key uploaded by the Commission, after declaration of the final result, the petitioner is securing 62 marks.

Issue notice of motion On asking of the Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself. In view of the above factual position, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to visit the office of the Commission within a period of one week and the respondent-Commission after verifying the marks of the petitioner, shall pass appropriate/speaking orders in accordance with law, keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is securing higher marks than the Gaurav Arora 2019.03.05 15:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
