(ORAL) The grievance of the petitioner is that 3rd year of BA course being done by her through correspondence, is nearing its end, yet, the study material has not been made available to her. Respondent No.2 is not complying with the Regulations of the year 2017 framed by respondent No.3.

However, the petitioner has not sent any demand notice either to respondent No.2 or to respondent No.3.

Thus, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to treat this writ petition as a demand notice and to redress the grievance of the petitioner by passing a speaking order within two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
