CM-13540-2021 Prayer in this application is for withdrawal of main petition. Learned State counsel as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.3 and 4 has no objection to the prayer made in the application.

At the oral request of learned counsel for the applicantpetitioner, hearing of the main case, which is fixed for 17.01.2022, is pre- poned for today.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and applicant-petitioner is permitted to withdraw the main petition as the applicant-petitioner has already been re-appointed by respondent No.3-Municipal Committee, Ferozepur Jhirka on the post of Computer Operator (contractual basis),.
