RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court praying for issuance of directions to the respondents to appoint the Administrator or action be taken against the Sarpanch.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that elected Panchayat is working and thus, there is no reason, as on date, for appointing the Administrator and thus, the present petition be disposed of as infructuous. Learned counsel for respondent No.7 has submitted that petitioners have committed forgery.

However, this Court would refrain itself from going into this fact in this petition but respondent No.7 is at liberty to pursue his remedies MEENU 2023.11.03 18:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
