(ORAL) Through this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. petitioner has prayed for issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus or any other direction to respondents No.2 to 5 to get released Pooja Patel from the custody of respondents No.6 to 8.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar (Rural), is directed to look into representation (Annexure P-4) moved by the petitioner.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior RAVINDER SINGH 2020.02.26 11:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
